Rolling two-string bales and picking up broken strings for my dad on the farm: 5 cents a bale, and 5 cents a string. I could make almost a dollar if I worked all day!

1971 Maverick with straight six and 100 HP. My sisters trashed the clutch when I was overseas with the ARMY…and it ended up in the crusher.

I love spending time rebuilding and restoring old cars with my kids!

Ruth’s Chris Happy Hour Primetime Menu is hard to beat: an order of spicy shrimp for the table, then house salad with their amazing blue cheese, a petite fillet cooked medium rare with creamed spinach, and finish with  berries and cream for dessert.

FIRST CAR

My first and BEST car is a 1966 Oldsmobile Cutlass. It used to be my daily vehicle, but after years of complete restoration it is a car show/Sunday driver only.

MUSIC PREFERENCE

My favorite way to listen to music is on vinyl, but I end up listening to whatever is playing on my local radio station; so, if you need help with local dentists or mattress stores, I hear all the advertisements!

FAVORITE CHILDHOOD GAME

I loved the game “mastermind”, the guesser has twelve chances to get the correct four-place color combination, which may be why I like this fast-paced industry. You need to keep working at a problem until it is solved correctly, one piece at a time.
